11th Hour is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advisory Manager to lead a team supporting their HHS Federal client. 


  • Serve as work stream lead for the Data Standardization and Oversight (DASO) Office at HHS 
  • Collaborate directly with the GS-15 and manage a team of 2-4 people
  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Mastery of USSGL
  • Strong working knowledge of of A-136 and Treasury reporting requirements (GTAS, tie points, abnormal balance, etc.)
  • Strong analytic background, with experience in ACL or data programming
  • Experience in a large, decentralized and complex agency such as HHS, DoD, DHS, VA, State, etc. is preferred
  • CPA strongly desired
